Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

  • Certain items such as perishable goods or personalized/customized items cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  •  we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) method.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on your bank or region.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered. If you need an exchange, please contact us at [email protected].

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Customized or special-order products

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
